Comprehensive health care facility providing a wide variety of services for American Indians. Houses a medical clinic, pharmacy, complete laboratory and x-ray facilities, dental clinic, and mental health services provided. WIC program, dialysis transportation service, health & diabetes education and weekly diabetic breakfast. Alcohol & Drug program provides outpatient counseling service, referral, after-care, transport to treatment facilities. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education)

D.A.R.E. is a 10-leasson curriculum taught to 5th graders. It is designed to give children the self-esteem and refusal skills to say no to drugs. Probation services for formal and informal cases, Youth Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for dependency children, client specific funding for at-risk youth (medical, clothing, drug & alcohol counseling, eyecare, etc.), tracking youth to makecertain they are current on court ordered obligations. High risk youth are assigned to a bi-lingual, bi-cultural coordinator who wraps services around the entire family.

General assistance provides intake processing. Emergency housing provides one-time emergency assistance. Foster/childcare program provides foster and child care payment. Stop Violence program provides counseling, court advocacy, restraining order assistance, women’s talking circle, transportation, and public information referrals. Coordination of services with internal and external agencies and case management.

Primary care, preventive care, women’s healthcare, nutrition counseling, optometry, audiology, rehabilitation services, drug and alcohol treatment, mental health services, abuse and neglect intervention, hospice, post traumatic stress disorder counseling, and long-term health care planning.

Dental services are provided to certain veterans dependent upon their special entitlement. Specialty programs are in place for homeless veterans, former prisoners of war, veterans exposed to Agent Orange or ionizing radiation, or for veterans who suffer from Persian Gulf War related illnesses. Support services include pharmacy, respiratory therapy, laboratory, social work services and radiology. A veteran’s service officer is also available to assist veterans in filing claims for benefits. Services are provided either through an outpatient ambulatory care setting or inpatient hospitalization. Other specialty services are available through referral to a tertiary VA healthcare facility.
